Our Recovery Associates are hand-picked and carefully selected for the following:

• Three years of continous abstinence
• Stable mental and physical health
• An ability to preserve confidentiality and anonymity
• An honest, conscientious and trustworthy approach to work
• A solid grasp of twelve step recovery principles
• Reliability and Punctuality
• An ability to maintain flexibility whilst holding appropriate boundaries
• A commitment towards ongoing training and development
• A positive and "can do" approach to work
• An ability to maintain discretion and adapt to your surroundings

Part of our recruitment process involves attendance at an intensive selection day, as well as extensive background checks, including employment and training verification and criminal records checks. Previous criminal convictions with not necessarily exclude candidates from appointment, as the nature and circumstances of each conviction will be carefully considered by the selection panel.
