Part of our recruitment process involves attendance at an intensive selection day, as well as extensive background checks, including employment and training verification and criminal records checks. Previous criminal convictions with not necessarily exclude candidates from appointment, as the nature and circumstances of each conviction will be carefully considered by the selection panel.
